These terms represent a solid binding contract between you and the CitySpot Network. If you decline to accept any condition set within these framework tables, you are restricted from utilizing our search modules, checkout systems, or map links. We retain absolute clearance to append adjustments to these documentation files at any moment.

2. Scope of Regional Services

CitySpot provides a multi-layered local directory architecture composed of:

• Business Directory: Search engine catalog queries matching merchant listings with real-world ratings, photos, and contact paths.
• Service Marketplace: Lead assignment platforms connecting consumers with checked local service operators.
• Events Engine: Dynamic maps tracking neighborhood loops, ongoing social feeds, and tonight activity tracking.

3. User Code of Conduct

While utilizing our network infrastructure views, you are strictly prohibited from performing any scraper crawl, automated bot harvesting, malware payload injection, or credential forgery. Creating duplicate account assets or submitting artificial, fraudulent feedback profiles breaks our system guidelines and triggers immediate administrative suspension loops.

4. Independent Merchant Disclaimers

CitySpot functions explicitly as an administrative data facilitator.
